Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
Tallow orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Apparel orders are typically processed within 4 business days (slightly longer because items are made to order). Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 for all tallow orders and $1.99 for apparel (orders with tallow and apparel = $6.98 shipping).
All orders of $65 and above qualify for FREE shipping.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the USA only. If you live outside the United States, please contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
Glass Breakage
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent breakage. In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a broken glass container, please take clear photos of the breakage and the original packaging. Email the photos to info@wonderfullymadeaz.com immediately to qualify for a full refund or product replacement at no cost. Refunds will NOT be processed for items shipped back without notifying and receiving confirmation from Customer Support first. Customer support will respond within one (1) business day to confirm your eligibility and initiate the return process.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Wonderfully Made AZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure. If you have concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier first and don’t hesitate to reach out to us - we’ll do our best to help!
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to update.
