Refund policy

At Wonderfully Made AZ, we want you to love our products as much as we do; however, we understand there may be reasons beyond our control in which a refund is desired. Due to the nature of our organic tallow cosmetics and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used items.


Unopened Items

If you receive an item that is unopened and wish to return it, please contact us at info@wonderfullymadeaz.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@wonderfullymadeaz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@wonderfullymadeaz.com.

 

Apparel

Each apparel item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns prior to making your purchase to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your order. If there are any quality issues with your item, please contact us immediately at info@wonderfullymadeaz.com. We are committed to ensuring you have the best experience and will work swiftly to resolve any problems.

 

Glass Breakage

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent breakage. In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a broken glass container, please take clear photos of the breakage and the original packaging. Email the photos to info@wonderfullymadeaz.com immediately to qualify for a full refund or product replacement at no cost. Refunds will NOT be processed for items shipped back without notifying and receiving confirmation from Customer Support first. Customer support will respond within one (1) business day to confirm your eligibility and initiate the return process.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Wonderfully Made AZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure. If you have concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier first and don’t hesitate to reach out to us - we’ll do our best to help!
